Frieser Legal Launches Pro Bono Project

Frieser Legal Pro Bono Project

About the Project
At Frieser Legal, we recognize the importance of sports in education and personal development. We also understand the disparity in access to opportunities for elite training in underserved communities. To address these disparities, Frieser Legal partners with a college athlete each fall and spring semester and provides pro bono (free of charge) legal services to assist him or her in hosting a high-level training camp in an underserved community.

Hosting a training camp as a college athlete requires drafting and signing contracts with facility and equipment providers, event sponsors and other partners. Additionally, any event will require liability planning. We offer these legal services free of charge for the purpose of helping college athletes help others.

Who we are Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Frieser Legal Pro Bono Project is a current college athlete who is looking to utilize their athletic skill and personal brand to give back to an underserved community. We are looking for someone who is motivated to help younger athletes access high-level training without the high-level costs that are typically associated with similar camps and events.

How to Apply
Send an email to josh@frieserlegal.com with the subject line: “Pro Bono Project” by December 31, 2021. Please include your resume and a short paragraph indicating your interest in the Frieser Legal Pro Bono Project.
