Rusty Miller is a Sports Law Intern at Frieser Legal and a third-year law student at Marquette University Law School. Rusty is pursuing his J.D. with a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. As he completes his law studies, Rusty continues to develop his understanding of the sports industry as it relates to contracts, athlete-agent agreements, and NIL issues.
